Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Timeframe
Presi Clo is committed to delivering your orders within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. However, actual delivery times may vary based on the shipping address, courier constraints, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders placed before 14:00 will be processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Remote locations and areas with limited logistics infrastructure may experience longer delivery times.
2. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges will apply as displayed at checkout.

Free shipping may be applicable on orders exceeding a specified amount, as per ongoing offers and promotions.
3. Shipping Partners & Tracking
Presi Clo partners with leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email/SMS, allowing you to monitor the shipment status.
4. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Presi Clo will not be liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Return Policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility
Presi Clo offers a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

The product must not be washed, altered, or damaged.

Certain products (such as innerwear, and accessories) may be non-returnable. Please check the product description before purchasing.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

Our team will review the request and approve eligible returns.

Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label (if applicable) or instructions on returning the product.
3. Return Shipping & Fees

Returns due to product defects, incorrect items, or damages during shipping will be free of charge.

Returns for any other reason (such as size issues or change of mind) may be subject to a small return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Refund & Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), the refund will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
5. Exchange Policy
Presi Clo does not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or variant, kindly return the item and place a new order. You may contact us at support@presiclo.com
6. Non-Returnable Items
